Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: [1 April 2026]

By accessing or using TransArabic’s services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to TransArabic.
“Client” refers to any individual or entity requesting services.
“Services” refers to all translation services provided, including certified and non-certified translations.

2. Scope of Services

TransArabic provides professional Arabic–English and English–Arabic translation services, including certified translations intended for official use (e.g., immigration, legal, and academic purposes).

We do not provide legal advice, and our translations do not constitute legal opinions or interpretations.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and legible documents
  • Verify requirements of the receiving authority (e.g., IRCC, courts, educational institutions)
  • Review delivered translations promptly

We are not responsible for errors resulting from unclear or incomplete source materials.

4. Certified Translations & IRCC Use

Certified translations include a signed declaration of accuracy.
While our translations are prepared to meet common standards, including those generally required by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, final acceptance is at the discretion of the receiving authority.

The Client is solely responsible for confirming specific requirements prior to ordering.

5. E-Stamped Documents

E-stamped translations are delivered electronically with a digital stamp and signature.
These are widely accepted; however, certain institutions may require original hard copies.

TransArabic makes no guarantee of acceptance by any specific authority.

6. Turnaround Time

Delivery timelines are estimates based on document type and volume.
We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Incomplete submissions
  • Technical issues
  • Force majeure events (e.g., outages, natural events)

7. Fees and Payment

  • All fees are quoted in advance and must be approved by the Client
  • Full payment is required prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed
  • Urgent services may incur additional fees

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if payment is not received.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the customized nature of translation services:

  • No refunds are issued once work has commenced
  • If a project is cancelled before completion, partial fees may apply

We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns.

9. Revisions

Clients may request revisions for errors or omissions directly attributable to TransArabic.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Revisions do not include changes to the original submitted content.

10. Confidentiality

All client documents are treated as strictly confidential.
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect personal and sensitive information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TransArabic shall not be liable for:

  • Rejection of translations by any authority
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses arising from delays or misuse of documents

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

12. Intellectual Property

Translated content remains the property of the Client upon full payment.
TransArabic retains the right to refuse any content that is unlawful or inappropriate.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
